B2F live up its Mission of not only training youngsters to be elite cricketers but also keep searching for sparks of brightness irrespective of the background they belong to. We have many unexplored talents, boys & girls from economically weaker section of the society, find it difficult to shine and showcase their hidden talent due to lack of affordable facilities and platform. B2F has functional cell which works with social organizations, schools/colleges, clubs, academies and on its own to identify young players who need right coaching and facilities at affordable price to reveal their true talent.

We feel that every child, no matter wherever he/she lives, should have the opportunity to enjoy cricket. We have set of campaigns, which shall be a counter for a lack of clubs, infrastructures and facilities and aims to make cricket accessible to young people throughout the country.
